Today, I was one of two panelists on a webinar entitled “Class Action Settlement Objectors:  Minimizing and Defending Challenges by Professional Objectors, Government Officials and Public Interest Groups.”  My topic was plaintiffs’ tactics to combat professional objectors, while my co-presenter, Paul Karlsgodt of Baker & Hostetler in Denver, addressed protecting class action settlements against government and public interest objectors.  Paul is the author of the Class Action Law Blawg, a valuable resource that I have among my favorites.
