Chief Justice Rabner announced that Judges Chase, Perez Friscia, and Walcott-Henderson have been temporarily assigned to the Appellate Division, effective August 1, 2023. The Orders appointing each of them are identical, and none of them indicate a termination date for the temporary assignments. Since the appointments begin during the summer, when previously announced summer Parts are in effect, the Orders do not state which Part each of these judges will join. The General Assignment Order for 2023-24 would be the place for that.
