As stated in an Order of Chief Justice Rabner published today and available here, Justice Noriega has been sworn in. With that, Judge Sabatino’s temporary assignment to the Supreme Court is at an end, and he “shall return to the Superior Court, Appellate Division with the Court’s gratitude for his exemplary service on the Supreme Court.” The order goes on to state, however, that Judge Sabatino “shall continue to participate in Supreme Court matters that were presented to the Court prior to the date of this Order.”
