As announced by the Supreme Court here, Judge Rodriguez will retire as a judge on September 1, 2014. Effective June 19, he has waived continued temporary service on the Supreme Court and will return to the Appellate Division. With the confirmation of Justice Solomon, the Supreme Court will cosnsist of six Justices and Judge Cuff, whose temporary assignment to the Court continues.
