Chief Justice Rabner announced last Friday that Judge Mary Gibbons Whipple is being temporarily elevated to the Appellate Division. She will serve on Part G from September 15 through November 23, 2014.
A graduate of Seton Hall School of Law, Judge Gibbons Whipple was appointed to the Morris County bench in 2010. During her tenure there, she has sat in the Family and Criminal Parts. Now she will spend some time at the Appellate Division.
