Chief Justice Rabner has appointed four trial level judges to the Appellate Division on a temporary basis. Judge Patricia B. Roe, who sits in the Family Part, Ocean County, has been appointed to Part A. Judge Mitchel E. Ostrer, a Criminal Part judge in Mercer County, has been appointed to Part C. Judge Margaret M. Hayden, who sits in the Family Part in Essex County, has been appointed to Part E. Judge Jerome M. St. John, a judge of the Criminal Part, Essex County, has been appointed to Part F. All of the appointments run from March 7, 2011 through May 1, 2011.
