As discussed here, Judges Paganelli and Puglisi were temporarily assigned to the Appellate Division from November 14, 2022- January 8, 2023. That assignment, from shortly before Thanksgiving until shortly after New Year’s Day, was barely long enough for a cup of coffee. Now, Chief Justice Rabner has announced that the two judges will again be temporarily assigned to the Appellate Division, effective August 1, 2023. Welcome back, Judges Paganelli and Puglisi!
